The Sealy Chamber of Commerce helped Evlyn Court Condominiums break ground Tuesday afternoon at the site on Schmidt Road. Shoveling the dirt are developers Charlotte and Barry Lynn and real estate agent Michelle Zwicky. Pictured to the left of the Lynns in black is Joe Jimenez, the project’s builder. There will be 16 two-bed, two-bath condos on the site. “Within four months the first people can move in,” Zwicky said. Zanetta Knesek welcomed the Lynns on behalf of the chamber. “This is a wonderful opportunity for our residents,” she said.
